AI Lab is currently working on the development of AI G.O (AI Gentle Organizer), which will use advanced models such as DeepSeek, combined with multimodal interaction and machine learning algorithms, to provide personalized services throughout the customer journey, reconstructing every experience at Fosun Tourism Group’s destinations and resorts.

The AI Lab’s self-developed intelligent assistant, the “AI Lab Officer,” has recently been implemented within Fosun Tourism Group and has integrated DeepSeek R1. In its current version, the system primarily handles the distribution of internal learning materials, enhancing employees’ AI skills and promoting widespread participation in the AI transformation process. Future versions will expand into areas like human resources matching, financial analysis, quality control management, and marketing insights, offering intelligent decision-making support to enhance overall business efficiency.

As the soul of Club Med’s 75-year legacy, G.O (Gentle Organizer) has long been celebrated for its versatile talents, passionate interactions, and meticulous service, creating unforgettable experiences for vacationers around the world. Now, Fosun Tourism Group is fully AI-integrating this iconic element, creating AI G.O that will provide real-time, personalized services for every guest.

AI G.O will optimize the entire vacation process using AI technology, from pre-trip planning, room selection, and activity arrangements to in-resort guidance, childcare, and dining recommendations, and post-trip travel memories, interactive sharing, and future vacation suggestions. By leveraging personalized recommendations and real-time system scheduling, AI G.O ensures that every guest's need is met promptly throughout their vacation.

The intelligent assistant inside the vehicle will complete your check-in in advance, and the entertainment options and fresh fruit will help ease your travel fatigue. Leading the Global AI Vacation Industry Development

AI Lab is not Fosun Tourism Group’s first foray into AI. In 2024, Club Med launched the new GM Copilot, based on large model technology, to provide fully automated booking consultation services. Currently, GM Copilot has been successfully deployed across seven global markets, including France, Brazil, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Malaysia. In 2024, GM Copilot processed 35,000 fully automated conversations, accounting for 23% of all messaging conversations, significantly reducing customer wait times and improving operational efficiency.

In October 2024, the Hainan UltraMed project officially launched. As a new landmark destination following the success of Sanya Atlantis, the Hainan UltraMed will be the world’s first AI-themed vacation resort. Planned applications include personalized room customization through AIGC technology, self-adjusting AI agents to modify room settings, and a digital G.O powered by NLP technology, providing 24-hour service to meet every guest's personalized needs, with technology enhancing the entire customer journey.
